Online baby products retailer, Olivers Babycare, is relaunching its website with a fresh new look and a great offer for customers. All orders during the first week on olivers-baby-care.co.uk, following the launch of the new Olivers website on 14th of July will receive a free gift.
“We are confident that our new website offers something new and rather special for our customers,” explained co-owner of the business Julie Baughan. “We are delighted to offer customers a free gift if they place an order online during the first week after our relaunch. The gift will be appropriate to the order.”
“Our Olivers Babycare website operation started in 1996, three years after we opened a baby products shop in Winchester. This year, we felt it was time for a new, modern look for the website,” continued Julie, who runs the business with her partner and co-owner Nick Coombes, with the help of their two daughters Emily and Laura, and a dedicated team of staff, some of whom have been with the company for many years.
“We are a family company, with a lot of experience of both retailing and of course parenting, and our new website aims to reflect this. The design is bright, fresh and customer friendly. The website offers a number of facilities and extras that we did not offer before. These include the ability to compare the specifications of similar products, such as car seats, as well as clearer, larger images, and a new system of reviews where customers give products a star rating.”
Also new on the Olivers website will be ‘wish lists’ and for the first time a bookmarking facility, where customers can bookmark their favourite products on Facebook, My Space, Twitter and StumbleUpon. Visitors to the Olivers site will also be able to read testimonials from other customers.
As before, the new Olivers Babycare website will offer an extensive range of help and advice articles for new parents on everything from decorating a baby’s nursery to choosing the right car seat, as well as news items of interest to parents.
“Over the coming months, customers should look out for exciting new product ranges available on our website, as well as special offers and discounts,” added Julie. “We have some great new products in the pipeline.”
