IndustrialCOOP.com, a division of the Industrial Leaders Group announced today the release of its new marketplace of canvas fabrics and other textiles for the industrial marketplace. The company reported the site was created to provide direct and indirect offerings for an array of wools, yarn, cotton, polyester, burlap, nylon cloth, cotton twills and other textiles for industrial applications.
According to Mark Hamilton, spokesman for IndustrialCOOP, the site also provides a textiles directory where users can locate a canvas company as well as other suppliers of textile products and services. Hamilton said the directory provides access to textile manufacturers and distributors primarily based in the United States and Canada with emphasis on canvas and industrial fabrics.
“The textile marketplace and directory both serve to connect buyers and suppliers of textile products worldwide and to help companies locate suitable trading partners in the textile industry,” said Hamilton. He added, “Companies sourcing for various industrial fabrics can use the sites to find manufacturers and distributors of a broad variety of cotton, burlap, canvas and tarps, Nomex®, Kevlar®, Teflon®, laminated cloth and other textiles for automotive, aerospace, clothing, insulation, upholstery and other markets.”
IndustrialCOOP previously launched in partnership with Worldwide Industrial a new textile buying guide featuring a broad range of wool fabrics, yarns, geotextiles, twills, cloths and other textile products. The publication includes offers primarily from but not limited to suppliers in Asia. Textile manufacturers, according to Hamilton can include their company in the directory free of charge.
