Responding to suggestions and requests from working adults benefiting from its life coaching services, Tateworks LLC is now offering a new Begin and Succeed™ program to help troubled at-risk teens change direction in their lives through techniques aimed at helping them develop self-esteem, self-discipline and self-respect, Tateworks founder and CEO Sandra B. Begin and Succeed™ is designed for secondary school populations with a strong focus on at-risk and special needs students, Ms. Tate said. It utilizes one-on-one coaching, personal strategy and support services available via compact discs, study guides, planners and online audio downloads for iPods, MP3 players to help teens focus on real-world problems and develop the means and structures to address them.
