Speedy Solutions, makers of the Speedy Organizer Document Management Paperless Office Software, have announced that they are in the final stages of testing of a new technology that will allow the award winning Speedy Organizer to directly talk (integrate) with four of the leading front end capture software products. This new technology will allow users of Kodak Capture, Kofax, Digitech or EMC Captiva capture scanning products to utilize these products and then directly import into Speedy Organizer. The new technology will be available on September 25, 2009.

The two technologies becomes a complete commercial grade paperless office solution. Again in 2007, we took the free Microsoft Desktop Search Product and leveraged all the fantastic functionality in that product, partnered it with the Speedy Organizer and the combined products continue to be a simple to use but highly scalable document management solution. In 2008 Speedy Organizer combined with SugarSync to provide a web-based document management solution at a fraction of the cost as compared to competitive products in that marketplace. Now in 2009 Speedy Solutions is doing it again, focusing on these front end capture softwares. These front end capture softwares are really powerful applications, they can scan a document into PDF, perform OCR, process thousands of documents at one time, take specific information off a document like a vendor name, patient name or invoice number and so much more. The problem was once these front end capture products were purchased you had to tie in to some high end, high cost, and cumbersome enterprise document management system. Speedy Solutions understands that most businesses neither need this type of system nor can they justify their price points. Speedy Organizer combined with any of these front end capture softwares will be affordable, scalable, and a secure place to store and retrieve documents providing a guaranteed return on investment. Any organization will soon be able to purchase these capture products, use them to do high volume scanning projects and release the documents to a Speedy Organizer’s Microsoft based SQL Database.”
