The solution does not require use of wire connections such as HDMI, VGA or wire converters. It allows users to log-in to meeting environments via the web through laptops, desktops and ClearView conferencing systems. From there, participants can take and give control of the meeting floor, share and remotely control desktops and cooperatively mark up images, video, documents and other business materials including Adobe® PDF® and Microsoft® PowerPoint® presentations. Along side the data, ClearView video and audio provides the face to face connection for Red Hill to personally relate to their clients or partners. The multi-screen management feature allows all of the participants to view and focus on the appropriate materials and broadcasts in the meeting.
