Morrison, Brown, Argiz & Farra, LLP (MBAF), Florida’s largest independent public accounting firm, proudly announces that Wadih Pazos, Sr. has been promoted to partner. Pazos was the director of the Technology Services Department of MBAF, a vice-president of Solutions@MBAF, LLC, the technology affiliate of MBAF, and in charge of the Business Process Automation Group. In his new role, Pazos will continue expanding MBAF’s technology offerings into other areas and increasing the reach of PaperSave.
Pazos is a technology expert who co-envisioned and co-invented PaperSave, a software product that automates the process of imaging and storing source documents into information systems such as Microsoft's Great Plains, BlackBaud's Financial Edge and BlackBaud's Raiser's Edge. He specializes in streamlining client operations by reducing manual processing, increasing efficiency and minimizing defects. He is the leader of Solutions@MBAF’s Business Process Automation team, for which he built a team of developers in the United States and India.

Pazos joined MBAF directly after finishing college and has been with the company for 10 years. During his tenure at MBAF, he designed, engineered and managed numerous software and information technology projects. He has won several awards while at the firm including the prestigious Most Creative Technology Solution Award from General Electric in 2004.
At 32 years of age, he is the first non-Certified Public Accountant partner in the firm. Pazos earned his Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from Florida International University. He is a member of the United Way of Miami-Dade, the American Red Cross of Greater Miami & the Keys, the FIU Alumni Association and the International Association of Software Architects South Florida Chapter.
