Striata, a leading provider of email bill presentment and payment has partnered with Merco, a provider of banking, transactional payments and ecommerce expertise, to provide Push eBilling to the New Zealand, Australia and Pacific Islands markets.
“There are many points of synergy between the two organisations and we believe that our eBilling software and service will add significant value to Merco’s current business and consumer e-commerce relationships,"" says Keith Russell, Sales Director, Striata, Asia Pacific.
“We are very excited about this latest development - the inclusion of Striata’s secure, push eBilling solution as part of our portfolio is highly valuable for our customers and potential clients. Striata has proven that it can provide an excellent level of service and support around their software application,” explains Mike Stobbs, CEO of Merco Limited.
Merco has entered into a reseller agreement with Striata and will integrate the eBilling solution with the POLi™ payment system allowing immediate payment of bills at the point of presentation using debit funds straight from consumers bank accounts.
Merco brings together banking, transactional payments processing and e-commerce experts. Merco aims to add value to business and consumer e-commerce relationships by meeting market demand for efficient and low cost processing of electronic documents and payments.
Striata (striata.com) deliver bills securely via email. Striata’s Secure eDocument Delivery solution revolutionises the way invoices, statements, and other high volume system-generated documents are delivered and paid. Unlike today's online billing solutions which insist on visiting a website, we deliver feature-rich, registration-free, navigable and interactive secure documents directly to the email inbox and enable ‘one-click’ electronic payment, without having to visit a single web-page. This innovative and strategic change from ‘pull’ to ‘push’ dramatically increases consumer adoption of electronic communication.
