On July 9, Celebrity chef and author of the bestselling book, The Basic Art of Italian Cooking, Maria Liberati comes to Whole Foods Market in Jenkintown, PA. This month’s cooking class will be The Outdoor Kitchen, filled with some of her favorite summer recipes from The Basic Art of Italian Cooking.
The event starts at 6:15 pm on Thursday night at Whole Foods Market. The Outdoor Kitchen cooking class will highlight summer meals companied with quick tips about preparing the food in a simple way. Recipes such as Italian sandwiches ‘tramezzini’ to egg frittata will be taught; dishes that are perfect for the beach, dining al fresco, or a picnic. The class costs $10 which includes recipes and samples or $5 with the purchase of her book, The Basic Art of Italian Cooking.
