IndustrialCOOP, an global B2B directory for engineers and other industrial buyers announced today the launch of its new marketplace focusing on compression springs, mill and iron springs. The company said the site was created to help connect metal and plastic springs buyers and suppliers worldwide with emphasis on but not limited to North America and Western Europe markets.
According to Greg Johnson, spokesperson for IndustrialCOOP, a division of the Industrial Leaders Group (ILG) the site provides access to international manufacturers, distributors and exporters of mill springs, torsion, air, stainless steel, compression and other springs as well as other wireforms for various industrial applications. Johnson said companies using the site will be able to submit RFQs directly to suppliers.
"International Engineers, plant maintenance personnel and other manufacturing professionals in the market for plastic or metal springs can use the site to locate qualified suppliers serving their market area," said Johnson. He added, "The site includes offerings for OEM as well as custom made springs and wireforms constructed in stainless and carbon steel, copper, nickel alloy, titanium, aluminum, reinforced plastic and other materials."
Recently IndustrialCOOP in partnership with Worldwide Industrial, a US-Asia Trade Portal developed and introduced a co-branded directory of iron springs and allied products. Manufacturers of different wireforms are able to include their product line and company details on the site at no charge, according to Bailey.
