Dr. Karim Sultan just joined the Business Development team at Diapharm. The experienced manager specialised in healthcare will support Diapharm’s internationalisation process. He will build up and run a Diapharm subsidiary in the United Kingdom. Diapharm is a leading full service provider for medicinal product manufacturers. The service portfolio consists of services in the area of regulatory affairs, medical affairs, pharmacovigilance, analytics and GMP. Diapharm’s core competence particularly lies within OTC and traditional herbal medicinal products.
Previously, Dr. Karim Sultan worked for Siemens Management Consulting, the internal strategy consulting firm of Siemens AG. Since 2004 he managed projects mainly in the healthcare sector – for the past two years as a member of the New York office. Prior to that, he spent five years working for the medical engineering company MRC Systems GmbH. He studied physics in Heidelberg and obtained his Dr. rer. medic. degree (PhD in medical engineering) in Cologne.
