The second annual Toast of the Cost: Food and Wine Spectacular is set to launch on July 31-August 2 at Bally’s Casino in Atlantic City. The event will be featuring celebrity chefs such as Emeril Lagasse, Guy Fieri, Tom Colicchio, Ingrid Hoffmann and Philadelphia native- Maria Liberati. Some of the regions finest wineries, restaurants and culinary masters will be showcased over the three day event.
