As director of business development, he will work alongside managing director’s Stuart Walker and Dan Douglas to grow the company’s award-winning client portfolio, which was recently honoured with four Webby awards for de-construct’s campaigns with Adidas, Panasonic and Keith Tyson. Paul will look to build on these achievements by creating and developing a new business pipeline, while delivering additional revenue through existing client relationships and reinforcing de-construct’s position as a respected digital communications agency.
With responsibility for the overall business development strategy, Paul will help to build the vision, management and direction of the business, whilst developing the de-construct brand.
Paul has spent more than 10 years in the digital sector, working for companies such as Glue London and most recently Cake, where he was head of digital and responsible for key campaigns for brands such as HMV, V Festival, Motorola, Air New Zealand and Bayer Health Care.
