According to the research, Best-in-Class manufactures attain 42% higher operating margins while spending 60% less. These benefits are achieved with MOM solution spread across 70% more facilities, confirming the continued advantage of an expanded deployment. Further, their share of New Product Introductions that meet time, quality and volume targets is 12% higher. The research attributes these findings to the fact that industry leaders are less likely to take a siloed, plant by plant approach to MOM.
