The release of Elements SBM 1.1 features major additions in the areas of billing, payments, marketing and desktop integration, offering businesses a truly streamlined CRM solution.
Elements SBM 1.1 utilizes web technologies, allowing users to produce electronic invoices, including the ability to receive customer payments online with a customizable and secure web portal. From start to finish, the process of sending invoices and receiving payments can be managed easily within Elements SBM. In addition, users can generate statements of invoices, time billing and projects to be sent and paid electronically.
