Snap’s Chairman Peter Wills accepted the award at a presentation at The Cumberland Hotel in London.

Based on employees responses to 16 key questions in the Best Companies survey, companies are given an Accreditation index score (on a scale of 1 to 1000) which accurately measures engagement within 8 factors including Well Being, Leadership and Personal Growth. Star Status is determined by the index score. Unlike a competition the standards are fixed and any company achieving the standard will be accredited.
