InstaDial ® is pleased to announce that we are finalizing development of a new corporate website dedicated to providing prepaid calling cards and prepaid wireless minute refills. The website will be branded under the “Insta” product umbrella, specializing in the instant delivery of virtual calling cards with competitive rates and prepaid wireless minute refills. InstaDial® will be marketing these products through the InstaAffiliate affiliate marketing network and will also use conventional online marketing methods. The addition of instant delivery prepaid telecommunications products will compliment our current VoIP products, flat rate calling plans and prepaid credit card products.
InstaDial® will ensure competitive rates by leveraging our relationships with International telecommunication carriers and ensure quality of service for each International destination. The market demand for prepaid products is growing dramatically, specifically with immigrants who are accustomed to purchasing prepaid products. The target consumer for “Insta” prepaid products will be immigrants, primarily Hispanics and Asians, which represent the largest percentages of immigrants to the United States and come from cash based societies. According to Atlantic ACM, Hispanic population in the U.S. is expected to grow by 213 percent between 2000 and 2050 and the Asian population is expected to grow by 248 percent for the same period. The current purchasing power for the Hispanic ethnic group is $ 450 billion and for the Asian ethnic group, where price dictates purchasing decisions, is $ 254 billion. Our marketing efforts will be focused on areas with ethnic population clusters. In addition, IDC estimated the total number of households in the United States using prepaid calling cards has grown from 30 million in 2000 to almost 50 million in 2005, this represents growth from $3.4 billion in 2000 to $ 5.3 billion in 2005, with an estimated 9.2 percent annual growth rate. By 2010, estimates suggest sales of $ 10 billion dollars for calling cards in the United States. InstaDial® plans an aggressive approach to selling to these market segments.
