Attorney Joseph P. Stampone of Philadelphia was recently appointed to serve a second term as the National Italian American Political Action Committee (NIA-PAC) president. He has served as a board member since 2000.
According to Stampone, "I am energized by the scope of the initiatives of NIA-PAC this year. We recently moved our headquarters from Philadelphia to Washington, D.C.” He said, “Just one of our goals is to grow from a regionally-known political action committee to one with national reach.” The PAC also launched a new website earlier this month and hosted their most successful Carnevale to date in February 2009.
Joseph P. Stampone, Esq., is the founder and managing shareholder of The Stampone Law Firm. A native of Northeast Philadelphia, Stampone is actively involved in the community. In 2005, Stampone was given the distinct honor of being knighted in Rome, Italy, as a “Cavalieri di Cristo” with the Templar Order of the Poor Knights of Christ.
