To kick off the weekend Nikki Beach introduced their world famous Chef Brian Molloy with a VIP dinner party to taste the international menu.
In attendance was Ramnate Mayor of Koh Samui, Seni of Tourist Association of Koh Samui, Jack Penrod (Founder), Mike Penrod and Jeniya Penrod owner’s of Nikki Beach with local partners Jonny and Ilona Parree and Nikolia leuhin.
Nikki Beach set the mood with theatrical lighting of their beach front property and international performers accompanying the international and local VIPs that attended this amazing affair.
Located on the island’s West Coast shores of Lipa Noi beach, the resort sits beachside, lending picturesque views of the magnificent Thai sunsets. Designed with an exotic yet palatial aesthetic, Nikki Beach Koh Samui welcomes guests with a prominent fountain that houses two modern copper fire displays. The signature Nikki style beach club dons an entrance fit for royalty with a few steps that lead to an expansive copper roof dome where the main bar and VIP lounges sit.
Beyond the dome entry, guests can savor exotic cuisine and fresh local seafood at the fine dining area centralized around a signature Tatani table. However, those who prefer to skip the sit-down meal can indulge in a quick bite at The Bakery Café. This quaint eatery situated just prior to the entrance of the club offers impatient sun worshippers fresh fruit smoothies, paninis, tapas and other gourmet snacks. Opposite The Bakery Café, a Nikki Beach Clothing boutique showcases the latest designs from the eponymous brand, including chic beachwear, bathing suits, and any last minute sun care needs.
Once guests pass the fine dining area, an open terrace reveals the heart of the club: a sunken DJ booth surrounded by an organic shaped pool outfitted with underwater speakers; a wood deck decorated by the infamous white day and opium beds; and the spectacular rooftop Sunset Terrace Lounge where guests can herald in the night while sipping evening cocktails.
