Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions, a business segment of Arrow Electronics Inc. [NYSE: ARW], and Zeus Technology, a leading provider of application traffic management solutions, have signed an agreement authorizing Arrow ECS’ Alternative Technology group to distribute Zeus Technology’s application traffic management software to resellers in North America.
With Zeus software, Web-enabled applications can be better visualized, and the flow of traffic through those applications better manipulated, for more robust and consistent Web infrastructure. WebWebZeus software can be deployed on Linux, Solaris and FreeBSD, on leading types of servers and blades and within virtualized and cloud environments.
Zeus’ software solutions which form part of the agreement include:
• ZXTM, a programmable traffic management solution that inspects, secures, shapes, transforms and load balances application traffic;
• ZXTM Load Balancer (ZXTM LB), for networked and Web-enabled applications;
• ZXTM Global Load Balancer (ZXTM GLB), for balancing server loads across multiple data centers;
• Zeus Web Server (ZWS), scalable, high-performance Web server software.
