As of April 1, 2009, Technical Support hours of operation, for LabDAQ LIS clients, will be extended to 8:00AM until 11:00PM week days, US Eastern Standard Time. For those clients that require it, Antek will continue to provide 24 hour 7 day a week Technical Support.
“With the continued growth of LabDAQ LIS, and the needs of our clients for after hours support, Antek deemed it necessary to extend our Technical Support hours in order to continue our high level of support,” states Steward Macis Vice President of Products and Support Services. “Additionally, these extended Technical Support hours provides west coast LabDAQ LIS clients with uninterrupted 5:00AM to 8:00PM support.
