The Top 50 Teleservices Agencies Ranking recognizes the premier inbound and outbound teleservices agencies as measured by the amount of billable teleservices minutes companies completed during the past year. AnswerNet was named the 18th largest inbound teleservices agency in 2009, its seventh consecutive year in the Top 50.
