Prudential Americana Group, Nevada’s largest real estate company, recently re-launched its website with dozens of new conveniences for buying and selling homes. The site gives the public unprecedented access to home listing and information about every aspect the Las Vegas real estate market. It also provides the company’s 1,100 sales executives with new opportunities to market their clients’ listings locally and around the globe.
“About two thirds of the website is now dedicated to helping consumers find a Las Vegas home,” said Steve Hundley, CEO of 1parkplace and designer of the site. “Home shoppers can now search from more than 38,000 Southern Nevada home listings as well as 13,000 foreclosed and bank owned homes for sale. The custom-built Las Vegas foreclosure search is already a big hit for those interested in the searching the entire valley for available bank-foreclosed properties,” he said. “Whether you’re interested in a new home, resale or foreclosure, all of the information is in one place.”
According to Hundley, 90 percent or more of home shoppers use the internet to research Las Vegas homes for sale, and many are searching from outside the city. “Interest in Las Vegas real estate is not only coming from across the United States, but globally,” he said. “Las Vegas has great home values right now and the new website provides a universal internet portal to find the latest Las Vegas properties for sale.”
