Optical Image Technology (OIT) is pleased to announce the much-anticipated imminent release of version 10 of DocFinity. The product is currently undergoing rigorous internal and customer BETA testing, with a release scheduled for early spring.
In November, OIT unveiled the upcoming release of workflow, imaging, and document management products at its annual user conference. The ease of administration, intuitive interface, and cutting-edge technology led to customer descriptions of “impressive,” “slick,”and “revolutionary.” The integrated product suite has been completely redesigned and built from the ground up, using powerful cross-platform enterprise server technology that makes it more flexible, powerful, and faster than ever.
OIT’s achievements in 2008 have positioned the company well for continued growth in 2009. In December, OIT’s executive expertise was recognized by ECM Connection, which included three OIT white papers among its Top Articles in 2008 based on reader popularity nationally. Earlier in the year, OIT was honored with three national awards in the finance/insurance and higher education sectors for the company’s products and the business results experienced by several innovative customers.
The company increased its service to clients in 2008 by launching a comprehensive web-based training program to supplement in-house and on-site training. OIT now offers a diverse curriculum of web-based product training classes throughout the year. Customers remained loyal: despite a weak economy, OIT’s domestic retention rate well exceeded ninety-five percent, continuing the tradition from previous years.
