The New Jersey Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) is pleased to announce that Kenneth D. Lundberg, SIOR, senior vice president of NAI James E. Hanson, has been appointed as president of the chapter for 2009.

Ken will continue the strong tradition of exceptional leaders heading this prestigious group of professionals bearing the prestigious SIOR designation in the state. Lundberg has been an active member of the New Jersey Chapter of SIOR for many years. SIOR has certified more than 2,500 of its members with the prestigious SIOR designations, a professional symbol of the highest level of knowledge, production and ethics in the real estate industry. Rounding out the slate of officers for 2009 are Charles Parmelli of Colliers Houston, Vice President, Andrew Zezas of Real Estate Strategies Corporation, Secretary, and Mitchell Katz of CB Richard Ellis, Treasurer.
New Jersey's SIOR now boasts more than 80 members in 20 cities across the state. (need verification).
