ESS Technologies, Inc. has increased sales coverage in North America with the addition of our Northeast Regional Sales Manager, Ken Austen. At the same time, ESS has recently expanded our agreement with FANUC Robotics to operate as a Strategic Partner for assembly, packaging and palletizing of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and diagnostics products; the expanded region now encompasses most of the USA and Canada.
Ken Austen brings more than 27 years of experience in the sale of packaging equipment for the pharmaceutical, medical device, diagnostic product, and cosmetics industries. Based in New York, Mr. Austen’s location allows ESS to bring faster, more responsive, and wider coverage of the Northeast and Midwestern areas of the USA as well as Canada. Working with established sales agents, such as MD Packaging in Canada, and Maximum Packaging in Exton, PA, ESS is now able to bring robotic solutions to a wide array of primary and secondary packaging applications.
ESS is FANUC’s only North American Strategic Partner for assembly, packaging and palletizing of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices. As such, ESS has recently agreed to offer our robotics system integration expertise to FANUC customer’s across most of the USA and Canada. ESS integrates FANUC robots along with custom ESS-designed end-of-arm tooling to create complete secondary packaging solutions for high speed robotic machine infeeds, robotic loading, collating, and assembly systems, robotic case packing, and robotic palletizing.
