eoClarus, the industry’s first web-based XBRL financial reporting solution provider, today announced the NeoClarus Rev-Up Partner Program for Financial Printers, EDGAR Filers and Legal Firms. This program creates a special relationship between NeoClarus and those select Resellers who are preparing to file Interactive Data (XBRL) for their corporate clients and mutual funds to Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Recently, the SEC has mandated that all public companies and mutual funds file their 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K etc. in interactive data format (XBRL) for financial disclosure. For public companies, interactive data financial reporting will occur on a phased-in schedule beginning June 15, 2009 until end of 2011. This creates a tremendous revenue opportunity for existing providers of EDGAR filing services to up sell XBRL filing to their corporate and mutual fund clients.
For Resellers who qualify, the NeoClarus Rev-Up Partner Program provides access to the web-based iFile application, turnkey services, specialized training, professional briefings and support services. “Combining NeoClarus’ expertise and wizard-based technology with the partner’s client relationships offers resellers assurance that they can file XBRL documents to SEC for your clients without a hitch” said Jim Schulz, Director of Sales and Marketing, American Financial Printing, Inc.
The NeoClarus partner program is designed to offer flexibility to the partner providing three tagging solutions suitable to each partner’s business model and relationship with NeoClarus:
• Turnkey Offering complete tagging, validation, and preparing the document to be filed to the SEC;
• Self Service Providing a white label solution enabling clients to use a web based solution that will guide them through the tagging, validating and preparing the document to be filed to the SEC;
• In-House Utilizing the application to provide a complete tagging service for their existing EDGAR clients.
"Since our inception, NeoClarus has successfully partnered with many of the nation's leading financial printers and law firms, supporting them with easy-to-use web-based application, training and turnkey services. The Rev-Up Partner Program empowers our partners to accelerate their go-to market strategy without significant investment in IT or training" noted Satish Appalakutty, CEO of NeoClarus.
In addition, Rev-Up Partners receive professional briefings on new features of the applications, discuss latest updates to the standards, SEC notifications, share their experiences from field and answer questions. Partners will also get preferred pricing for their clients, marketing materials, lead qualification assistance, support for co-marketing activities and a special Rev-Up Partner web site that contains educational content and sales tools. NeoClarus will co-brand the web site used by the partners' clients to review and manage the documents.
