Multi-award winning software solutions firm Atlantic Link is launching an exciting new version of its world-leading collaborative rapid e-learning software solution 'Content Point'.
Content Point 2009 will be launched on Stand 5 at the Learning Technologies Exhibition at London’s Olympia2 from the 28th to the 29th of January where its new features will be demonstrated.
Atlantic Link has created a revolution in rapid e-learning with its easy-to-use systems which allow anyone with Power Point skills to create tailored training courses which can be delivered to staff wherever they have access to the internet.
Described as “the only e-learning solution you’ll ever need”, the systems can even deliver training to sales assistants at their tills so they do not have to leave their positions on the shop-floor.
Content Point is one of the three ground-breaking software solutions offered by Atlantic Link. The innovative Content Point, Knowledge Point and Capture Point systems have already won Atlantic Link a clutch of awards and a host of blue-chip clients including Next, Boots and Nationwide Building Society.
Content Point is the first truly server-based, rapid e-learning tool for collaborative, remote course authoring. Now it has even more innovative and exciting features which will really make a difference. These include:
• Server storage for course structure templates – improved collaboration by the sharing of course templates – build a perfect course in less than 30 seconds.
• Interaction tracking and reporting on individual answers – improved visibility of learning results for advanced reporting.
• Arabic support – full support for ‘right to left’ text and Arabic fonts.
• Multi-resolution support – publish courses for mobile phones, Sony PSP, CD-Rom, Web browsers, wide screen TV’s and more.
• SCORM 2004 support – publish courses to the latest LMS systems.
“We have been listening carefully to our customers and a number of the developments have come from their suggestions,” said Managing Director and co-founder Mike Alcock.
“Others have been introduced because we always like to look ahead, giving users facilities that they hadn’t dreamt about but which will instantly provide them with new ways of producing first class e-learning.”
These new capabilities add to the power of server based collaborative authoring, automatic accessibility, instantaneous Flash generation, PowerPoint conversion and the rest of the features that have kept Atlantic Link at the forefront of the rapid e-learning market.
Mr Alcock said: “In the last 12 months, organisations including Nationwide Building Society, Waitrose, Boots, Next, Nottingham City Council, Trelleborg and many more have all selected our software, proving that we are the number one choice for collaborative rapid e-learning software.
“Learning Technologies is a showcase event for the e-learning industry and I would encourage those attending to visit us on stand 5 to see what is now possible with rapid e-learning – and how they can unleash the potential of their people and their organisation with Atlantic Link’s exciting tools.”
