Leo Software, a leading provider of property information management and reporting systems for commercial real estate, today announced a distribution agreement with Strategies Group, Inc., Suwanee, Georgia.

Strategies Group provides real estate and construction companies throughout the Southeast with accounting and business software solutions including Sage Timberline Office, Sage Master Builder and Sage CRM Solutions. Strategies Group will sell and support Leo Software both as a integrated application with the Sage Timberline Office commercial real estate accounting system and as a standalone product that may be integrated with any of the leading real estate applications.

“Leo Software brings significant new value to our customer base, either as a single application or integrated into the Timberline system,” said Craig Trussell, Strategies Group vice president, sales and marketing. “There’s really nothing else like Leo available to help property management and leasing companies win new business, retain current tenants and accelerate revenue growth.”

Leo Software is an online property information management and reporting system focused on the issues of vacancy management and tenant retention. Its unique, patented Stacking Plan feature visually summarizes a building’s leasing status in one easy-to-understand view that links to a variety of information and documents associated with the building and specific suites. The software flags critical dates and upcoming events such as notifications, impending changes, options or obligations in leases. It also creates lease abstracts, event calendars, marketing materials in the form of micro sites, and a variety of management reports.

“We are excited to add Strategies Group to our growing roster of Leo resellers,” said Paul Muessig, Leo Software president. “We look forward to working with Strategies Group and to helping their clients experience the business-building benefits of Leo Software.”
