Mr. Wolfgang Huppenbauer, President & CEO, Mercedes-Benz (Thailand) Limited hosted the Annual Conference for Mercedes-Benz Dealers Nationwide at Charoensri Grand Hotel on December 12-13, 2008.

The conference is set-up yearly by the management of Mercedes-Benz (Thailand) for its 36 authorized dealers nationwide in order to provide direction in luxury car segment marketing strategies as well as to jointly determine and develop the quality of products and services to meet customer satisfaction.

The conference comes with an exhibition to enhance the understanding of product innovations and technologies to maximize the potential of dealers in Thailand to meet Mercedes-Benz worldwide standards. Mercedes-Benz (Thailand) also takes this opportunity to announce Mercedes-Benz dealers who have achieved best scores from its customer satisfaction survey.
