The release combines an all new semi-inductive user interface with a completely overhauled database structure.
Small Business Inventory Control (SBIC) provides a central location for the management of suppliers, products, and customers. Inventory stock levels automatically update to reflect sales, merchandise receipts, and the assembly of raw materials into final products. SBIC implements barcode scanning support along with a versatile manual entry mode for those business that prefer not to use barcodes.
The software's user interface is also improved, using an innovative "Sandbox" concept for grouping related commands together on task-related screens. This allows users to operate within their area of expertise (i.e. Purchasing, Sales, etc.) and eliminates the need to search through the software for the desired job-related operations.
