What’s NEW in Customer Appointment Manager 4.0
Version 4.0 includes many improvements to help simplify appointment scheduling. Users now have the flexibility to setup multiple work schedules to accommodate temporary or permanent changes in employee availability. This helps to make sure appointments are only scheduled on days an employee will be working.
Daily notes can be added to each employee and viewed on-screen and on reports. Also, users can customize column widths for each employee, as well as specify the order employees and services appear to quickly view appointment information. Users can save time creating tailored marketing messages and improve customer communications by merging custom fields from Customer Appointment Manager into letters.
Improved performance allows customer lists to load faster than ever. The QuickBooks integration has been also been improved to allow users to skip inactive customers when importing customer information. An audit trail has been added to the Pro edition of Customer Appointment Manager to easily track changes made to appointments by individual users.
