Russell Bedford International, the worldwide audit and accounting network, has announced the appointment of 3B Expert Audit SRL as its member firm in Bucharest, Romania.
Celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, 3B Expert Audit was established in Bucharest in 1998 with just its two founders offering mainly accounting and tax consulting services. Ten years later, together with its associated firm 3B Expert Consult, it is a group of professional services firms with a total of 22 personnel.
3B Expert Audit has three partners.
The managing partner, co-founder Adriana Badiu, has more than 20 years experience in finance. In 1990 she joined the Ministry of Finance initially as Deputy Director and then as Director. Today she is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Auditor and Certified Tax Adviser. She is responsible for auditing and tax consultancy in the firm.
Octav Badiu is a co-founder and partner. He has extensive experience in banking and systems analysis, and he is responsible for accounting and software development in the firm. He too is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Auditor and Certified Tax Adviser.
Andrei Badiu is an accountant with an MBA specialising in Financial Management, and he is responsible for special audits.
3B Expert Audit is a mid-sized firm that is well established in the local market. It audits a range of medium to large enterprises including seven listed companies. The firm also provides accounting and tax compliance, tax consulting, investment advice and training services.
