The MetricStream solution will serve as an enterprise-wide internal controls platform within VeriSign for financial and non-financial controls. It will enable VeriSign to automate the ongoing testing and review of its internal controls documentation lowering costs associated with complying with Section 404 of SOx. The solution will also ensure the effective implementation of best practices frameworks for internal auditing and risk management programs.
