CheckPoint HR, an innovator and leading Administrative Service Organization (ASO) that offers mid-size organizations an integrated Human Resource Management System (HRMS) for payroll services, human resources, and benefits administration, today announced it has appointed Cynthia Mackewicz as its new Vice President of Operations. In her role, Ms. Mackewicz will handle the day-to-day operations at CheckPoint HR, while also overseeing a number of departments within the organization. She brings 19 years of experience as an operations professional, assisting companies in facilitating turnarounds, revenue optimization, brand expansion, and much more.

In addition to the aforementioned job role, Cynthia will be responsible for strategic and tactical operational planning, creation and establishment of best practice software development, new product launches, as well as commercialization and market penetration efforts.

Over the past 19 years, Ms. Mackewicz has also served as the President and General Manager for MYOB US, Inc.; VP of Operations and Business Development for Impact Communications; World-wide Operations Manager for AlliedSignal, Inc. (Electronic Materials MOD Group); and Production Manager at NittoDenko Corporation (Permacel Division).

Along with her 19 years experience, Ms. Mackewicz holds a Masters in Technology Management (Executive MBA) from Stevens Institute of Technology. She also holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology, and is Green Belt, Six Sigma certified.
