Working within Buric’s Building Diagnostic Services division, Brooks will assist with field investigations, site assessments, analyzing and diagnosing sources of defects and damages, citing regulatory codes and references, and composing reports on findings. Her areas of expertise include sanitary sewer design and maintenance, potable water design, construction management, storm water design and wetland investigations.

Brooks holds an Engineer in Training license and a National Institute in Certification in Engineering Technologies Level II professional license. She earned her bachelor’s of science degree in civil engineering from Old Dominion University and completed graduate studies in structural engineering at the University of Buffalo.
Brooks works in Buric’s Wilmington, N.C., branch office. Buric is headquartered outside Cleveland in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, and has a third branch location in Somerville, N.J.
