The TharpeRobbins Company, Inc., based in Statesville, N.C., has been named one of the top-ten managed employee recognition and rewards companies by HRO Today Magazine.
The list, called the “Baker’s Dozen – Employee Recognition: Dissecting the Market” – is based on customer survey feedback data, in which quality of service is the most heavily-weighted category. This is TharpeRobbins fourth year on the list of top employee recognition and incentives service providers – where it’s held a top spot since 2005.
“One of the key missions at TharpeRobbins centers on flawless execution and service excellence,” says Anthony Luciano, senior vice president of sales and marketing. ”We are honored to be included on such an influential listing of the world's top leaders in our industry. We'd like to thank HRO Today's editors for once again recognizing TharpeRobbins."

According to the magazine, the development of the ‘Baker’s Dozen’ list is the result of a multistep process that includes an initial identification by the editorial staff of true comprehensive recognition and rewards service providers who are then asked to identify customer contacts who are invited to take part in an online survey. In addition, the magazine’s staff identifies other buyers to participate in the survey.
“The mission of our company is to foster superior performance in our partner organizations by creating new standards for employee recognition and rewards through imaginative solutions, flawless execution, professional services, and world-class technology,” says Luciano. “The TharpeRobbins Company can turn pragmatic concepts into actionable, turnkey programs that build bridges both internally and externally.
