CollectSmart, formerly known as PCS, is a powerful collections solution, which combines collections industry best practices, flexible user-controlled strategy definition, and an intuitive user friendly collector interface with leading-edge system functionality. CollectSmart enables organisations to automatically segment accounts and apply appropriate strategies, with champion/challenger testing, and assign specific collector actions. In addition, users are able to manage appropriate customer interaction through the use of collections scripts.

This latest version of CollectSmart provides RCS with increased flexibility and functionality, enabling RCS to further improve control and management of the collections process. Version 4.0 of CollectSmart also provides superior management of collections strategies through the ability to further segment the collections book, enabling more detailed reporting as well as faster strategy turnaround.
