Atlantic Dominion Solutions launched the latest Web application in its suite of online business applications, Expens’d. Expens’d takes business expense tracking online eliminating the hassle of expense management by making it accessible from anywhere, at any time.
The latest in ADS’ suite of browser-based applications, Expens’d allows businesses to track and report on expenses with the utmost efficiency. Since its launch on October 13, Expens’d has garnered more than 350 accounts, which utilize the free and paid services.
Free Expens’d accounts have access to a variety of features aimed toward making expense tracking easier. Main features include:
• Ability to e-mail expense reports.
• Access to user-generated, account-wide tags, which replace the need for categories and allows users to completely customize and tailor their account to their needs.
• Account admins are able to run expense reports for any user within their account.
• Multiple currency support.
• Inline help system — sticky notes tell you how to use Expens'd, no need for a complicated manual to learn how to use the site.
• Enhanced security under SSL encryption, allowing only account admins to see the expenses of all account users.
By November 1, Expens’d will offer additional features for paid accounts, such as file attachments that allow users to attach images to each entry, i.e. receipts and notes. ADS plans to include analysis support and features for all paid Expens’d users, as well.
Expens’d is the first in an online suite of business tools developed by ADS.
