Skymol Corporation, a leading provider of on-demand (hosted) solutions for managing online customer interactions using real-time voice and video, and text chat communications, today announced that Malleys Candies, Inc., a leading chocolate candy company in the United States, has deployed Skymol Communicator including live voice, video and text chat communications capabilities to sell chocolates and ice cream online and provide live customer service.

Online customers that come to Malley's website to search through the online catalog will be offered live sales assistance by a Malley's online sales agent. Once a customer requests a chat with a representative, they are placed into a one-to-one live chat conversation.
