MAXrad SOFTware (India) Pvt Ltd., a leading CAE solutions provider based out of Bangalore and having branch offices in Pune & New Delhi, focused on the Automotive, Aerospace & Defense applications today announced the launch of its new training division MAXwissen- Maxsoft learning centre dedicated for engineering application training. The training division will operate from Maxsoft’s Bangalore office. The addition of this new division marks the continued expansion for Maxsoft in Bangalore, the region it has been serving in CAE field for the past 3 years.

The training programs will be oriented towards the dedicated vertical engineering applications in the automotive, aerospace or defense, like engine, power train, thermal management, vehicle dynamics, flight control, propulsions, antennas etc. In addition to the traditional commercial training that will be provided from this division, the training center underscores the company's dedication in also promoting technology in colleges, and expanding service to educators and students in preparing them for the challenges of the Automotive, Aerospace, Heavy Engineering, and Electronic Antenna design fields.

“The training division will meet the increased demand for training from the active community of engineering design professionals to ensure they achieve maximum productivity, a competitive business advantage and a high return on investment from their software applications” said Mr. Rajeev Gopalakrishnan, CEO, Maxsoft.

"This expansion is very exciting. This broader reach allows us to reach out to design professionals and help them improve their skills with our highly interactive curriculum, state-of-the-art training centers and extremely talented group of expert trainers" told Mr. Srinivasa Rao, Manager-Training.

The training division of the company currently delivers customized and classroom training, taught by AMESim / EMPIRE 3D certified overseas & domestic experts who are focused on providing the most technically sound advice and highest levels of service. This enables professionals to perform smarter and better with their software. MAXwissen will have dedicated faculty members, who have vast domain expertise and theoretical knowledge which can complement the software applications.

The training school also offers placement assistance to students undergoing this training. The company plans to train around 150 engineers in the year ending March 2009.
