Core People Resources announced today a partnership with Glascock & Co., Inc., an outsourced human resource/employee communications and information administrator based in Prospect, Kentucky.
The partnership expands CPR’s market into Kentucky, Indiana and southwestern Ohio.
“For companies that generally run in the 25 up to around 100 employee range, part of our service is we become their HR department,” says John R. Glascock, Jr., chairman and CEO.
The company handles everything from hiring and firing to benefits administration. In addition, in Kentucky and Indiana, Glascock offers group insurance packages including health, dental and disability options.
Today many companies are moving toward outsourcing part or all of their HR functions to improve efficiency, reduce overhead and access better technology. A recent survey by Hewitt Associates found that 94 percent of 129 companies polled said they outsource at least one HR activity. Trends show a growing number of companies expect to expand that outsourcing beyond the traditional payroll and benefits management to include global mobility, headhunting and recruiting.
