Principal Consultant of NexCons, Faiz Ahmad unveiled its novel initiative, Build Leaders [Here] with the motive to create a sustainable continual growth culture in business environment in Saudi Arabia. Under this not-for-profit initiate, NexCons, a multinational Business Consulting Firm started offering consulting and training to industries, business houses and corporate with local resources and facilities.
At this occasion, Mr. Faiz Ahmad mentioned that by this initiative our dependencies of out-sourced consulting capabilities would reduced and in near future, there would be no need to invite consultants and faculty for management system upgradation , what is very costly and some not even commercial viable. He further mentioned that under this initiative, we started schemes to build business leaders locally by proving world-class trainings and open gates to choose system consulting as sustainable career for bright professionals.
Mr. Ahmad, at this occasion also announced to organise a series of workshops in this last quarter of the year on "Need of Integrated System Certification - ISO System Standards" in major cities of Saudi Arabia under this initiative and inviting entrepreneurs, professional and management. The motive of this workshop is to inculcate understanding of Integrated Management System and also to make them aware of International system standards, what we have to adopt to match the increasing competition with western industries. He further mentioned that the workshop would be organised as open-house as well as in the industrial premises. As these workshops are not chargeable, there is estimation that at least 3000 individuals will get benefited in this three months programme. Mr. Ahmad also appalled to all managements of all business houses and industries to nominate their representatives to attend these workshop to make this a success. This workshop may be attended by Departmental Heads, Quality Incharge, Marketing Heads, Information Security Officers, C-level executives, Information security professionals, Internal Auditors, Privacy officers, Compliance officers or Anyone interested in Management System Standardization.
