iComment is a patent pending unique free single button browser plug-in for Internet Explorer and Firefox. It installs as a single toolbar button not a bulky toolbar. Users of the button can post and attach comments to any web page as they surf.

Comments appear as little tiny minimized icons that show up all the way to the right in your browser's window pane. Comments can be attached to the overall web page, highlighted text, or a selected picture. Hoovering your mouse over the icon reveals if the comment is about the overall page or which specific text or picture the comment is about.
