Frost & Sullivan, the growth partnership company, will host the inaugural 2008 Frost & Sullivan Indonesia Telecoms Awards ceremony to recognise the efforts of the best players in the country's telecoms sector. The ceremony will held on November 4, 2008, in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Coveted titles will be conferred to outstanding organisations in three main categories, namely, vendors, service providers and the best-of-the-best.
The Frost & Sullivan Indonesia Telecoms Awards have been introduced to recognise outstanding achievements by companies in the Information & Communications Technology (ICT) industry in Indonesia. Companies that have pushed the boundaries of excellence, demonstrating outstanding performance and contributed to the nation's growing telecommunications industry, will be applauded at this ceremony.

Forward looking thinking and out-of-the-box solutions in a bottom of pyramid strategic paradigm will differentiate the award recipient from the also-rans,” says, Nitin Bhat, senior vice president, ICT practice at Frost & Sullivan.
Nominations for the Awards are made by the team of Frost & Sullivan experts and are based on the companies' revenue growth, market share and growth in market share, leadership in new product introduction and innovation, breadth of products and solutions, major customer acquisitions, subscribers and growth in subscriber base, ARPU (average revenue per user) and growth in ARPU, data strategy and next-generation service strategy of the company.
