Prudential Americana Group, the largest real estate company in Las Vegas, has formed a partnership with Shelter Mortgage to provide residential mortgages in Southern Nevada. Shelter Mortgage is a subsidiary of Guaranty Bank, a family-owned bank with assets of approximately $2 billion. This is the company’s first partnership in the Las Vegas market.
