A professional in the design and construction industry for 30 years, Berman is experienced in residential, commercial and institutional architecture, planning, interiors, energy systems, building diagnostics, new construction and building rehabilitation.
He has provided forensic code and technical analysis, investigations, reports and expert testimony for more than a decade in cases involving site and facility planning, building safety and construction deficiencies.

He is a member of the American Institute of Architects, the American Society for Testing and Materials, the International Code Council, the National Fire Protection Association, the National Institute of Building Sciences and Masonry Contractors of New Jersey.
