Symmetry employees were treated to a an Autism and Asperger Awareness and Education presentation from F.A.C.T. a non-profit Los Angeles-based program specializing in support/social-communication groups for families of children with autism, Asperger Syndrome and related disabilities.
“People with Autism and Aspergers are unique individuals who can be a major asset to companies who know how to utilize them and are willing to work with them,” said Linda Andron-Ostrow, L.C.S.W. and agency director at F.A.C.T. “These individuals have talents and abilities that a neurotypical person might not have.
