With only a few weeks remaining in The Great G.A.P Adventures Photo Story Competition, G.A.P Adventures, a world leader in adventure travel, is encouraging travellers to share the stories that inspired their best photos. Prize packs include more than $5,000 in Sony DSLR cameras as well as a $1,000 G.A.P Adventures travel voucher.
The competition, which has been running since May, has received more than 500 entertaining, creative and inspiring entries resulting in 75,000 votes. User voting will determine the Grand Prize winning story/photo combination at the conclusion of the competition.
To enter, simply upload the travel photo on the G.A.P Adventures competition page and write a short story between 150-500 words to accompany it. The only requirement is that the photo must be from a G.A.P Adventures trip or other travel experience.
All approved submissions will appear online for the duration of the competition, which will run until September 15, 2008.
