iBAHN, the worldwide leader in digital entertainment and Internet solutions for the hospitality and meeting industries, today announces that it has completed the installation of its digital in-room IPTV entertainment package, ETVi in the K West Hotel & Spa and The Royal Lancaster who are members of the same collection of hotels in London.
A total of 636 guest rooms, incorporating 416 at the Royal Lancaster and 220 at K-West, are now installed with iBAHN’s ETVi product. The package includes provision for digital video and an administration portal that allows staff to perform a variety of tasks online, such as; viewing real time and detailed revenue reporting, tailoring guest product bundling and making amendments to hotel services. Furthermore, the K West installation also utilises iBAHN’s HSIA (high-speed internet access) via the ETVi service in its guest rooms.
ETVi will drive multiple revenue streams for both hotels and significantly increase guest satisfaction. Guests will benefit from a true home-from-home experience, and enhanced picture and sound quality. Furthermore, with intuitive navigation and multi-language capability, guests will have a greater choice of high-quality entertainment.
