As part of a new child safety initiative, Kidz-IDz, a leader in child safety, announced its donation of an unprecedented 25 million FREE Child ID Cards to Booster Clubs across the U.S. The driving forces behind this initiative include Michael Pouls, the founder and CEO of Kidz-IDz; Steve Beden, the Executive Director of North American Booster Club Association (NABCA); and Anne Stanton, Founder & CEO of Enjoy the City.
Through this partnership, Kidz-IDz will distribute 25 million FREE Child ID Cards. Specifically, the free ID Cards are one of over 300 offers for free & discounted products & services offered in a special edition of the Enjoy the City Coupon Book, which will be available exclusively through the North American Booster Club Association to booster clubs and youth organizations, their members, families, and their supporters. The fully-customized Coupon Books will contain over $2,000 in savings from a wide variety of family-friendly merchants, retail stores, and restaurants, and will be marketed by the NABCA as the organization’s first ever corporately endorsed fundraiser. The proceeds of the book sales will enable booster clubs and youth organizations in 135 U.S. markets to raise $500 million dollars during this ten year safety initiative.
The Kidz-IDz Child ID Cards include valuable important personal data along with valuable medical information, so they not only help reunite a lost or missing child with their loved ones or group, but also are helpful in the event of a medical emergency. In addition to a free ID Card (a $30 value), each book purchaser also will receive a free Electronic ID. An Electronic ID is recommended as the fastest solution for transferring key information in the event of a missing child episode or a medical emergency. It enables parents to store their child’s photo and descriptive details on their home computer, and includes other helpful files to help prevent and react to an emergency.
